Fantastic course. Very well presented and informative. Instructor checked in regularly on our wellbeing and made it clear when we could opt out if necessary. Excellent use of the resources. I'd highly recommend the course to all our staff and students.
Good course which expanded my knowledge on how to deal with people who may be experiencing a mental health Illness. I now feel that I would be able to deal with those situations and have learned more about some specific mental health illnesses that could help if using MHFA.
I found the personal experience sections of the course very useful and thought provoking. The instructors was brilliant explaining the different Illnesses and learnt negative behaviours involved with mental health. I now feel I can confidently perform ALGEE to people within my concern.
